A roof replacement in Milliken or Wismer starts from a known baseline: a two-storey house, one layer of builder shingles, and a deck that's usually fine except around the bathroom vents and the skylight if there is one. Berczy's slightly newer houses often have more roof planes and more valleys, which is where the original work was rushed.
